TO MAKE A RESERVATION FOR A STAY OF 6 (SIX) OR MORE NIGHTS:
please contact us by clicking on the "Email Us!" button on the left panel or email us at reservations@fiji4less·com with the following information: a) the hotel you are interested in, b) your preferred dates of stay, and c) the number of guests. We will then send you the appropriate booking form outlining the terms and conditions governing stays of 6 nights or more. Please note that full prepayment is required for stays of 6 nights or more, and a 10% discount is offered to guests making direct prepaid bookings of 7 consecutive nights or more at either Tubakula Beach Bungalows or Saweni Beach Apartment Hotel. (This discount applies to direct prepaid bookings at these 2 properties only, and is not available via travel agents or other booking engines, or during periods of high occupancy or during the holiday period Dec 22-Jan 2. Other conditions may apply.).

If you're not sure if our properties are right for you, or if you don't know how long you want to stay, or if you just want to be flexible, then we recommend that you not make a reservation but rather just come on along and take a look at what we have to offer. If you like what you see, then you can always make a walk-in booking on a space available basis, without having to make any prior commitment or incur any penalties.
CANCELLATION POLICIES (BOOKINGS OF 5 NIGHTS OR LESS) To avoid a late cancellation penalty, please inform us of any cancellations IN WRITING at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the first scheduled night of occupancy. Cancellations or changes received less than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival will incur the following penalties:
For cancellations made between less than 72 but more than 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival, a penalty of one (1) nights accommodation will be charged.
For cancellations made less than 48 but more than 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival, a penalty of one (1) nights accommodation or 50% of the total accommodation booked (whichever is greater) will be charged.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival, a penalty of 100% of the total accommodation booked will be charged.
To protect against cancellation caused by unforeseen events, such as illness in the family, airline strikes, missed flights, declarations of war, acts of war, travel alerts or warnings issued by any government, airline related stoppage or re-routings or any other reason, we strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance as these reasons will not serve to waive the cancellation provisions herein.

CANCELLATION PROCEDURES If you need to cancel or amend a booking, please send us a written request at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to scheduled arrival. You will need to include the following information: Guest full name, Hotel, Accommodation Booked, Dates of Stay, with your cancellation notice, so that we can locate your booking and cancel or change it in time to avoid penalties. We regret that telephone calls, verbal messages from 3rd parties, or any other form of verbal cancellation will not constitute an acceptable method of cancellation. Please note that we will respond to all cancellation requests with a written acknowledgment. Cancellation requests are not effective until acknowledged by us in writing. In the event of a query over cancellation charges, you will need to provide evidence of written acknowledgment of cancellation from us. NO SHOW POLICIES If you do not cancel your reservation and simply fail to show up for your confirmed reservation, we regret to advise that we will have to charge you the total amount of your reserved stay
EARLY DEPARTURE PENALTIES Please be aware that should you decide after arrival that you wish to check out earlier than the departure date originally booked, reductions in numbers and reductions in nights/days of stay will be treated as cancellations, and are subject to the above cancellation and refund policies.
"As a small company, we do not have a 24 hour reservations desk. All reservations and requests are handled by "real people" (not a computer system) who are available 9 am to 4 pm, Mon-Fri Fiji time. Our central reservations office is closed overnight, on weekends and on Fiji public holidays. We endeavour to reply to all messages and faxes within 2 working days of receipt by us. However, the pace of life is generally slower out here in the South Pacific, so please bear with us if you do not receive a response immediately. Thank you for your understanding!"
While reservations are normally recommended, we also welcome walk-in bookings on a space available basis at all our properties. So if you are unsure if what we offer will suit your needs, or if you are travelling stand-by, or if you just want the flexibility to change your travel plans at a moment's notice, then please feel free to drop in at any of our properties and have a look at what we have to offer.
WHAT IS A "CONFIRMED" RESERVATION?
Having a confirmed and guaranteed reservation, or a confirmed and prepaid reservation, means that we are definitely holding a booking for you (please read your confirmation email carefully for booking, cancellation and early departure policies). Many hotels overbook their accommodation as they know that a certain percentage of guests will either cancel at the last minute or not show. We do not overbook, which is why we do have fairly stringent booking and cancellation provisions, and why we do not confirm reservations without either a credit card guarantee or a prepayment. However, if you do not wish to be bound by our booking terms, walk-in bookings are most welcome, where you do not make an advance reservation but instead just drop in to see if we have space available.
